The App stores information you enter for inventory management primarily on your device. Examples: item name, quantity, expiration date, category, notes, photos, barcode data, etc.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically (May be collected via third-party SDKs)
*Depending on your device settings, consent status, and usage environment, third-party services (e.g., Google SDKs) used for ads, analytics, and quality improvement may collect certain information.
- Device information (OS version, device model, language settings, etc.)
- App information (app version, crash reports, performance data, etc.)
- Usage data (screen navigation, feature usage frequency, etc., typically in an aggregated or de-identified form)
- Advertising identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID for ad delivery and measurement)
- Network information (e.g., IP address for logging/analysis, fraud prevention, and delivery optimization)
2.3 Permissions
- Camera: To scan barcodes and take photos of items
- Photos/Media: To save and access item images on your device
- Notifications: To send expiry/low-stock reminders (if enabled)
- Internet: For ad delivery, analytics, purchase processing, and (if provided) cloud features
3. How We Use Information
- Provide inventory features (add, categorize, search, reminders, etc.)
- Assist data entry using barcode/text recognition (primarily on-device processing)
- Improve quality (bug analysis, performance improvements, usage analytics)
- Deliver and measure ads
- Provide paid features (e.g., ad removal, premium features) and manage billing
- (If provided) Offer user authentication, cloud sync/backup, and related features
4. Sharing & External Transmission
4.1 Your Inventory Data
Inventory data you register in the App (item info, photos, barcodes, etc.) is stored primarily on your device. We do not sell or rent your inventory data to third parties.
However, the App may transmit/share a minimal amount of data in the following cases:
- With your consent
- When required by law
- When necessary for purchase processing (Google Play Billing) or other required integrations
- (If provided) When you use cloud sync/backup features
- For security and fraud prevention where reasonably necessary
4.2 Ads and Analytics
The App may use third-party services for ads and analytics. Please refer to each provider’s privacy policy for details on what they collect and how they use it.
5. Third-Party Services We Use
- Google AdMob: Ad delivery (may use Advertising ID, etc.)
- Google Firebase: Analytics (Analytics), authentication (Authentication), database (Firestore), notifications (Cloud Messaging), etc., depending on the features provided
- Google Play Billing: In-app purchases (ad removal, subscriptions, etc.)
- Google Play In-App Review: In-app review prompt
- Google ML Kit / MediaPipe / TensorFlow Lite: Barcode/text recognition and related functions (primarily on-device processing)

6. Storage & Retention
6.1 On-device data
Inventory data is stored primarily on your device. Data may be lost due to device failure, loss, or replacement. Please use your device backup features as needed.
6.2 Data held by third-party services
Retention periods for data collected by third-party services for ads/analytics are governed by those services.
7. Your Choices
- Notifications: You can enable/disable notifications in your device settings or in the App settings.
- Advertising ID / ad personalization: You can limit ad personalization in your device settings.
- Delete data: You can delete data in the App or remove on-device data by uninstalling the App.
- (If provided) Disable cloud features: You can disable cloud-related features in the relevant settings.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or damage. However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children (as defined by applicable laws). If you believe a child’s personal information may have been collected, please contact us at Contact.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as necessary. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the App or by other reasonable means.
